Tell us about your project and we'll get right back to you.
Whether you're planning a luxury renovation or a new custom build, reach out and let's talk through the work.
When you reach out to Seaboard Builders, you talk to a real person — usually Todd or Karen — not a call center or an intake bot. The first call is a conversation, not a sales pitch: we listen to what you're planning, ask practical questions about the property, and share what we've learned from similar homes along the New Jersey and South Florida coasts.
Most homeowners come to us with one of four projects: a full custom home build on a coastal lot, a whole-home luxury renovation, a targeted kitchen or primary-suite remodel, or an investor buy-renovate-resell project. Whichever category yours falls into, we'll walk through scope, realistic timing, and what a founder-led build actually looks like on your street.
Our New Jersey office is based in Linwood and we work throughout the Down-beach and greater Atlantic and Cape May county areas — including Ocean City, Margate, Longport, Ventnor, Brigantine, Somers Point, Stone Harbor, Avalon, and Sea Isle City. If you're not sure whether your town is in our regular service radius, call and ask.
In South Florida we work across the northern Palm Beach and Martin County corridor — Jupiter, Tequesta, Palm Beach Gardens, and Hobe Sound — with the same coastal-building expertise and founder-led oversight we bring to every New Jersey project.
If a phone call is easier, our New Jersey line is (856) 534-0132 and our South Florida line is (561) 725-3825. You can also email todd@callseaboard.com and someone will get back to you the same or next business day.
Yes. Seaboard Builders is a full-service luxury residential builder — we take on custom home builds from the foundation up as well as whole-home luxury renovations, kitchen and bath remodels, and investor-focused resale renovations. Todd Arsenault personally oversees each project.
It depends on the scope and the season, but we're honest about our schedule from the first conversation. If we can't take on the timeline you need, we'll say so up front rather than string you along.
Yes — the first conversation and initial site visit are complimentary. We use that time to understand your goals and give you a realistic sense of scope, materials, and the kind of team the project will need.
