FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I know if I have mold in my home or business?
If you notice a musty smell, see dark spots on your walls, ceilings, or floors—or if you’ve had any kind of water damage recently—there’s a good chance mold could be growing. If you’re not sure, give us a call. We can come out and do a full inspection.
Is mold dangerous to my health?
Yes, it can be. Mold is linked to allergies, breathing issues, skin irritation, and other health problems—especially if it’s left untreated. That’s why it’s so important to have it identified and removed by professionals.
What’s the process for getting rid of mold?
First, we inspect the area to figure out what type of mold we're dealing with and how far it’s spread. Then we contain the affected areas, remove the mold safely, and treat the space so it doesn’t come back. If water damage caused the mold, we’ll handle that too.
Can I just clean the mold myself with bleach?
We don’t recommend it. Different types of mold need different treatments, and cleaning it yourself can make things worse—or even spread the spores. Our licensed team has the right tools and experience to do the job safely and completely.
Do you help with insurance claims for mold damage?
Yes, we work with your insurance company to help you understand what’s covered and make sure you get the most out of your policy. Mold can be tricky when it comes to claims, so it helps to have someone on your side who knows the process.
